Psychotherapy Associates provides a variety of group therapies. Patients may be referred by a treating professional or may contact the office directly to inquire about available groups. You may ask to recieve written material about the groups in which you are interested.

For patients who are not actively in treatment at Psychotherapy Associates, a screening interview is scheduled with a group leader. At this time, the type of group and purpose are explained and a decision is made regarding the suitability of the group to the needs that you present. Information about the schedule of group sessions and the duration of the group are provided to you at this time and a date to begin group therapy may be established.
