Consultation Group

This consultation group is open to licensed mental health practitioners who are engaged in the treatment of persons with borderline personality disorder or a related disorder. It focuses on treatment emphasizing the Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) approach, encompassing individual psychotherapy and skills training group therapy. The group will use a mixture of modalities including: lecture, case consultation, role play, discussion of literature, group and individual treatment planning, and development of advanced training material. Cost is $20.00 per session attended. The group meets in Suite 312 of Plaza Mall South, 1919 S. 40th Street.
This group meets criteria of an approved continuing education program for 1.0 CEUs for Nebraska Licensed Mental Health Practitioners, Nebraska Certified Professional Counselors, Nebraska Certified Marriage and Family Counselors, and Nebraska Certified Master Social Workers.
