Inquiring about Services

Persons wanting to receive services at Psychotherapy Associates may call the office directly, Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Professionals wishing to refer clients may also call directly. When scheduling an initial appointment prospective patients will be asked for basic information including type of insurance, Medicaid or Medicare coverage, address and telephone numbers, and the name of the referral source.

Patients with Medicaid Coverage

Nebraska Medicaid regulations require that new patients using Medicaid coverage be scheduled for an initial diagnostic interview with one of our psychologists prior to beginning psychotherapy. A first therapy appointment cannot be scheduled until the diagnostic interview is completed.

Healthcare Information

The receptionist taking your initial call will not be able to tell you if your health care insurance covers treatment at Psychotherapy Associates. Please direct any questions about coverage to your insurer.
